Editable Version of Print Conversation Message Template
I would like the Print Conversation Message template to generate the letter in Word or another editable format rather than PDF so we can edit if necessary. (Sometimes people include information in their message that they shouldn’t, like personal contact info/social media, etc.) Or could it be possible for the message to be edited before we generate the template? I’ve noticed the translation can be edited here but not the original message. Often, especially now, we email letters rather than print and physically send. To include Address in Account Signup
To include the mailing address within the online user account signup form.
This simple inclusion helps administrators determine duplicate accounts.

Daily Reports & Multiple Receipients Options
Adding a daily option to the reoccurring reports option would be great. Our director is requesting daily reports on what was received the day before. This can be done setting up the same report every day of the week for the previous day, but that is clunky.
Also in conjunction with that, adding a "email to" option for reports. So when a report is ran, a particular person/people and not necessarily users in REACH, will receive the report as well. Having the daily reports run and the link sent straight to the individuals would be a great feature!

Create additional donation amount for ACH separate from credit card
To encourage people to pay by ACH I would like to ability to change the percentage or flat amount if the payment method is ACH vs. credit card.

Mail merge to Word
When merging one letter I'd like it to merge to Word and not a PDF so I can personalize the letter. With a PDF I cannot make any changes after it merges.

Add ability to 'Task' Conversations.
Add the ability to 'Task' Conversations via the drop down menu on the main page. This will allow us to assign accountability for messages. For example, if we receive 40 messages for 4 countries in a day - we can task messages to a specific admin to process. RD

Ability to sort Supporters by Zip Code when creating mailing labels
When doing bulk mailing you need to sort by Zip code so without this feature I have do export to an excel and generate my own labels via Word. It would also be nice to be able to filter by Group when creating mailing labels.

Improve the Tasks feature
I've been trying to utilize the Tasks feature in Reach, but it seems really clunky and broken. In other CRMs I've used, tasks are a way to create reminders for yourself to contact a constituent in the future, or to document interactions like phone calls or emails you've had with a constituent. This is extremely helpful when trying to manage relationships with hundreds of donors.
It seems like this is sort of what Reach is capable of doing, but I am encountering many issues. For instance, when I try to edit a previously logged task, it creates a duplicate record…

Create a Conversations Outbox
Create an Outbox. Sent messages appear in the sponsor's inbox and they have the option to reply to themselves. This is confusing to sponsors. Sent messages should be stored in an outbox instead of an inbox. RD

effective dates on changes
Have start/end dates and/or effective dates in places such as: change in recurring donation amount; change in sponsorship support amount; custom donation form active timeframe; future cancel date for stopping a donation and/or sponsorship; 'Mark as current' have option to choose all or portion of amount with associated effective date; timestamp and/or date field associated with Graduated Status on Sponsorship and similarly Add an Active/Inactive status option with to Supporter profile.

Report Sorting by number
It would be very helpful if the Reach reporting could be sorted by the ID number of the people (i.e. church planter, orphan, etc.) When creating pdf's from the mail merge and reports for ledgers, the ID numbers are not in order and must be hand sorted before being able to be used. This would be a significant help and time saver.

Add the ability to choose more than one GROUP when sending an email
Although I know this is possible by running a report the pulls by group, it would be much more efficient if we could just choose more than one group from the drop down when sending an email using the Communication | Emails interface.
I'm imaging it working just like choosing multiple options when runninga report. "Cntl click click click" to choose 3 groups.

Update payment details to include address update
Currently on the feature to "update current payment details" on a donor's page, the only option is to update their expiration date. Could you also add the option to update their billing address, so that if a donor's address changes we don't have to reenter all of their card information?

Have a drop-down selection option in custom fields that allows for more than one selection.
We have categories that have multiple selections, like favorite subjects in school, personality traits, etc. It would be useful to have a true checkbox option that allows our staff to select several items, that would then display as a list on the child's profile page.

Add additional categories to the Task page
Currently, the Task page shows "My Tasks," "Completed," and "All Tasks." From an administrative standpoint, it would be really helpful to have the additional categories "All Complete" and "All Incomplete," so we can have a better picture of where our organization as a whole is on completing tasks.

Prevent selection of same child more than once for sponsorship
Currently, a supporter can select a same child more than once and proceed for payment. Error pops-up only during the payment time that same child is selected multiple times. It will be good, if error message pops-up during the selection time. This will save supporter's time.

Add 'External Reference ID' column to the Conversations main admin page.
Ideally between 'Unread' and 'Supporter' columns. This would allow us to differentiate which country a child is being sponsored in and who is responsible for processing the message instead of all admin individually opening every conversation. Alternatively, adding a Country column instead of External Reference ID would assist with this. RD

Have the subject update on the New Message page of Conversations when the sponsor changes the child they are writing to.
When a sponsor is on the 'New Message' page in Conversations, they can change the sponsored child they are corresponding with from the drop down menu. However, the subject of the message auto-populates with the child name. When the sponsor changes the sponsored child the are writing too - the subject stays the same with the previous child's name still being the subject of the message. This is confusing to sponsors. Requesting that when the sponsor changes the sponsorship from the drop down menu - the subject automatically updates as well. RD
