Add Country Name to Inbox or Message View
We are having to open another Reach page to look up a child who received an online letter in order to see what country they’re from (so we know what language to translate to). Is there a way to include the country name or child’s ID (ours includes country abbreviation) in either the Inbox view or the message view of the Conversations area?

Transfer donation to a different supporter
If a donation is entered under the wrong supporter, it must be deleted and re-entered. It would be great if when you edit a donation, the supporter name can be edited as well.

ACH refunds to show up in Reach as a transaction.
Refunds processed by the bank don't show up in reach. It would be nice for it to match up with the actual transaction that is refunded but just showing up as a new negative transaction would also work.

Daily Reports & Multiple Receipients Options
Adding a daily option to the reoccurring reports option would be great. Our director is requesting daily reports on what was received the day before. This can be done setting up the same report every day of the week for the previous day, but that is clunky.
Also in conjunction with that, adding a "email to" option for reports. So when a report is ran, a particular person/people and not necessarily users in REACH, will receive the report as well. Having the daily reports run and the link sent straight to the individuals would be a great feature!

Provide a New Donor Report for any gift
Donor Management is key to the success of any non-profit and acknowledging first-time donors is important. The report should include ALL new donors to the system: Campaigns, Sponsorships, Projects, Places, any avenue that someone can give to through REACH. The report should also include address, email, and gift amount.

Soft delete merge account information
Would it be possible to track accounts and donations that have been deleted due to a merge? The donations disappear from Reach, but unless we pull a whole new snapshot of the database (which is an hours long process, and is resource heavy) those old donations still exist in our data warehouse, and falsely increase our donations total.

Admin portal donations list sorting is not working
When viewing donations in the Admin portal, the sorting is not consistent. for example, when viewing pledges, if you try to sort by Status, it does something but does not sort by status. When using the search fields to get the list to a specific date range, soring resets the search rather than honoring it, and if you sort first then enter the date range, the soring is back to default. It is impossible to restrict the donations and sort at the same time.

SMS Notification Integration for Sponsorship Updates
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of implementing an SMS (text message) notification system to inform our donors and sponsors when new content, such as photos, letters, or updates regarding their sponsored child, becomes available on their child's profile.
Currently, our system relies on email notifications to relay such information. However, we have encountered several instances where sponsors have not received these notifications for various reasons. Some emails have been inadvertently directed to their SPAM folders, while others have reported infrequent email usage or delayed email checks. In contrast, text messages garner quicker response from our sponsors.

Trip tags for MailChimp
When you sync REACH with MailChimp, you have the option of assigning tags to all different places within REACH. But you can not assign tags to Trips. This would be very helpful for people who use the integration with ManagedMissions.

Set up a field for noting when a donation has been acknowledged (snail mail).
We currently note the thank-you letters we have sent in the donation admin notes field, but if there were a specific field for that and we could get a report based on that, we could be much more efficient about this important function. Many of our bigger donors give off-line and we need to tend to them in a personalized way.

effective dates on changes
Have start/end dates and/or effective dates in places such as: change in recurring donation amount; change in sponsorship support amount; custom donation form active timeframe; future cancel date for stopping a donation and/or sponsorship; 'Mark as current' have option to choose all or portion of amount with associated effective date; timestamp and/or date field associated with Graduated Status on Sponsorship and similarly Add an Active/Inactive status option with to Supporter profile.

Improve the Tasks feature
I've been trying to utilize the Tasks feature in Reach, but it seems really clunky and broken. In other CRMs I've used, tasks are a way to create reminders for yourself to contact a constituent in the future, or to document interactions like phone calls or emails you've had with a constituent. This is extremely helpful when trying to manage relationships with hundreds of donors.
It seems like this is sort of what Reach is capable of doing, but I am encountering many issues. For instance, when I try to edit a previously logged task, it creates a duplicate record…

Create additional donation amount for ACH separate from credit card
To encourage people to pay by ACH I would like to ability to change the percentage or flat amount if the payment method is ACH vs. credit card.

Editable Version of Print Conversation Message Template
I would like the Print Conversation Message template to generate the letter in Word or another editable format rather than PDF so we can edit if necessary. (Sometimes people include information in their message that they shouldn’t, like personal contact info/social media, etc.) Or could it be possible for the message to be edited before we generate the template? Ability to sort Supporters by Zip Code when creating mailing labels
When doing bulk mailing you need to sort by Zip code so without this feature I have do export to an excel and generate my own labels via Word. It would also be nice to be able to filter by Group when creating mailing labels.

Add a "Marketing Campaign Code" field to Donations
We have "motivation codes" for our marketing campaigns.
Right now those codes are input with many typos in the Admin Notes of a donation. Please provide us a new field for marketing campaign codes.Even a single custom field that can be added to donations would suffice.
