Upcoming Birthdays Email to Sponsors
It would be nice if there was an automatic email sent out to sponsors whose sponsored child has a birthday coming up. It would be a generic "your child is turning ___, wish him/her a happy birthday!" maybe a few days before the child's birthday.

Allow Supporters to Create Pledges
We would like the option for Supporters to create their own pledges on a campaign and have it be reflected in the live giving thermometer.

Contact preferences
It would be great to run a report to find out which supporters have opted out of email communication. I've been sending out messages, however our supporters haven't been getting them as they hadn't ticked the right box. If I'd know I could have contacted them via alternative means or ask them if they wanted to adjust their settings.

Merge Information
When merging two files allow admin merging the two files to pick and choose which info should be used in the merged file - list next to each other and have merging person click each piece of info (sponsor name, address, phone, credit card, etc)

Failed transactions
When I run the Failed Transaction report for a certain date range I get
every transaction that failed. We follow up on failed transactions and get the donor to update the card. As a result, many of the failed transactions are not "failed" anymore, but have current recurring donations. It would be very labor intensive to go through each record! Adding an additional column in the report showing last donation date will help filter out the ones that have updated the card.10 votes -
Provide service within REACH to scrub database against USPS current database.
Provide service within REACH to scrub supporter lists against the USPS current address list. Then once the list is scrubbed, provide the report to the client showing the names of supporters whose addresses have changed, with the latest address that USPS
has for them. Then supporter's address can be updated manually from there.9 votes -
Notification emails for new recurring donations
I would like for Reach to have the option to send notifications to admin users when a donor signs up for a new recurring donation, similar to how we can get email notifications when a donor signs up for a new sponsorship.

Add filters and sorting to the Supporter page
When I click on the "Supporter" page, it gives me a list of every supporter without the ability to filter or. I'd like to be able to filter by whether they are disabled or not, country, and payment method (online/offline/legacy). Additionally, it would be great to be able to sort by "last visited" date.

Ability to delete a supporter regardless of sponsorship history.
It is frustrating not to be able to delete a supporter for any reason, especially if an error is made.

Multiple email addresses to receive notifications for the same supporter.
For example both husband and wife want to stay updated on sponsorships and receive EOY statements.

Remove the donation categories from the admin side if they are hidden/disabled
The dropdown list on the admin side gets bogged down with donation categories that we no longer use and can cause errors when entering donations.

Soft Credit Apply to sponsorship
When adding a soft credit we can select a supporter whose account is credited, but we are not able to apply the credit to a specific sponsorship. Therefore monthly I need to go through all of the sponsorships paid through a soft credit and manually mark them as up to date. When selecting supporter for the soft credit, I would also like to select the sponsorship (so it will show as paid).

Allow text body to autosave on 'New Message' page of Conversations.
If a sponsor writes a message and the attachment does not properly attach (file size too large, wrong file type) - the user has to rewrite the entire message. This is frustrating for sponsors. Would also be great feature for sponsor to be able to start a letter and return to it later. RD

Report for New and Cancelled Sponsorships by Month
I would like to see a report that pulls in the new sponsorships and cancelled sponsorships by month for any period. For example, the last 3 months so see the relationship between new and cancelled sponsored broken out by month.

As we continue to switch our historical data into this database, it would be useful to import with more flexibility regarding "Payment Type" on donations.

Support for Non-english Characters in Sponsor Upload
We have upwards of 50 sponsors we load from a spreadsheet at a time. Many of these names are in Spanish and contain non-English characters such as á, é, etc. Upon upload, Reach drops those characters in the Sponsor profiles. This leads to mispelling of the sponsor's names and needs to be manually corrected.
We would like to ask for support to be added so that non-English characters can be included in the upload spreadsheet and display properly within Reach Admin as well as on our site.

Expose a Tags endpoint in the API
In the UI, Supporter and Donation records can have zero or more Tags assigned. These tags are standardized and managed system-wide. Tags do not currently appear in the API from get requests to /api/v2/donations or /api/v2/supporters (or any other endpoint as far as I can tell). Especially with the recent addition of UTM parameter handling resulting in tags being applied to donations, having tags be available in the API output would be extremely helpful.

Recurring Tasks
I send out quarterly reminders to delinquent donors, but I have donors that request reminders throughout the year, whether it be monthly, annually, or bi-annually, etc. I set tasks up in donors accounts to remind me to send the reminder, and it would be really helpful if there was an option to make the task recurring so that I don't have to set up a new task for each reminder.

New report to show a list of supporters who have NOT communicated with their sponsored student
Can we develop a report that allows us to see what supporters have NOT written their sponsorships (students) within a specific date range? The report now only allows for quantifiable reports show which supporter HAS written their sponsorships
