Create a way to send acknowledgement letters to soft credits.
Many of our donors give through an outside donation management company. These donors can't receive a contribution letter, but we want to send an acknowledgement letter. The soft credit report won't pull up address to create a mailable letter.
We want to create a mail merge letter that can be sent to all soft credit donors showing how much they gave and when. The soft credit report needs to include addresses and other date to make it possible to create this mail merge.

SMS Notification Integration for Sponsorship Updates
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of implementing an SMS (text message) notification system to inform our donors and sponsors when new content, such as photos, letters, or updates regarding their sponsored child, becomes available on their child's profile.
Currently, our system relies on email notifications to relay such information. However, we have encountered several instances where sponsors have not received these notifications for various reasons. Some emails have been inadvertently directed to their SPAM folders, while others have reported infrequent email usage or delayed email checks. In contrast, text messages garner quicker response from our sponsors.

Add Conversation options in Sponsor AND in Child accounts also
Right now you'd need to only use Conversation, new, by sponsor, and help article doesn't exactly make clear who's sender and recipient - please add 2 buttons for "Sponsor to Child" and "Child to Sponsor".

It is really clunky to have to log out of my admin account and into an "info" account just to send email.

Purpose specific email receipts
Instead of just one standard "New Donation" email template, I would like to be able to send unique receipts based upon what purpose or campaign a supporter donates to. For instance...
--if they donate to a specific campaign, they would get a receipt designed for that campaign.
--if they donate to a specific missionary, they would get a receipt designed for the missionary, in which we can have a special message from that missionary with links to that missionaries blog, REACH donation link, etc.

Connect campaign theme to parent campaign
It would be great if we could connect a campaign theme to a parent campaign, so that when a supporter campaign is created, it automatically pulls the campaign theme and info connected to it.

Custom Fields at the Donation Level
Currently, you can create custom fields under the referral types of Sponsorship Type, Project, Place, Campaign, and Supporter.
It would be great to have custom fields on the Donations themselves to segment them for analysis.

Have two separate options for donating in memory and in honour.
Have two separate options for donating in memory and in honour. For in memory, provide a separate email confirmation sent to a loved one with the option to have the person donated in memory of's name added - ex. "A donation has been made in honour of ___", instead of one email for both saying "a donation was made in your honor". This doesn't really work when the person is deceased.

Batch Donation Additional Options
I like the batch donation feature. However, could you please consider adding "Default Amount" and a check box for "Occurrence" so that if it is a monthly support the admin does not have to click "Add Donation" 12 times and so on. Thank you

Admin portal donations list sorting is not working
When viewing donations in the Admin portal, the sorting is not consistent. for example, when viewing pledges, if you try to sort by Status, it does something but does not sort by status. When using the search fields to get the list to a specific date range, soring resets the search rather than honoring it, and if you sort first then enter the date range, the soring is back to default. It is impossible to restrict the donations and sort at the same time.

Sponsorship Updated Email is too vague.
I get the emails all the time that say "Child Sponsorship [child name] Updated" inside is a link but the email isn't helpful right now, as there's no way to know what was updated on the sponsorship record. It would really help if the notification email said what was updated on the sponsorship record. Is there any way for Reach include what was changed on the email that goes out? That’d really help. Right now I click on the link and never know what was updated.

Trip tags for MailChimp
When you sync REACH with MailChimp, you have the option of assigning tags to all different places within REACH. But you can not assign tags to Trips. This would be very helpful for people who use the integration with ManagedMissions.

Add Country Name to Inbox or Message View
We are having to open another Reach page to look up a child who received an online letter in order to see what country they’re from (so we know what language to translate to). Is there a way to include the country name or child’s ID (ours includes country abbreviation) in either the Inbox view or the message view of the Conversations area?

Easy Way to Remove Individuals from Groups

We need an easy way to remove donors from groups - either to be able to search their names within the group to remove OR to be able to remove them from the group via their supporter record.

Conversation Tracking
A date range on the conversation export would be helpful. Also, it would be a huge help if the current conversation report would differentiate between conversations from students vs. sponsors and show sponsorships that have no letters within the date range selected.
Also, if a sponsor deletes their conversations, there is no way to know if letters have been written for tracking purposes. Can these remain in the system but flagged as deleted and not shown to the sponsor?3 votes -

Streamline supporter campaign registration
When folks click to create their supporter campaign they are directed to sign in or create an account. Once they are signed in/up they should be taken to the page to set up the campaign, rather than being taken to the Reach Home page. Many folks create their Reach account and think they have set up their campaign.

Soft delete merge account information
Would it be possible to track accounts and donations that have been deleted due to a merge? The donations disappear from Reach, but unless we pull a whole new snapshot of the database (which is an hours long process, and is resource heavy) those old donations still exist in our data warehouse, and falsely increase our donations total.
