Ability to sort Supporters by Zip Code when creating mailing labels
When doing bulk mailing you need to sort by Zip code so without this feature I have do export to an excel and generate my own labels via Word. It would also be nice to be able to filter by Group when creating mailing labels.

Yes, filtering and sorting by various parameters would be very useful and save a lot of time. Exporting to Excel and using Word to make the address labels is very cumbersome. It's a feature that the other CRMs we have used had built in. We miss it!!
