Allow Sponsorship Conversations to be turned on/off per Place
Currently, when Conversations are turned on in the Portal Setup, it is enabled for all Places at once. Since our organization has many places that we provide for children, we would like to roll out Conversations to those locations one at a time.

add an option to send email from the "Account Email" rather than the logged in use
It is really clunky to have to log out of my admin account and into an "info" account just to send email.

ACH refunds to show up in Reach as a transaction.
Refunds processed by the bank don't show up in reach. It would be nice for it to match up with the actual transaction that is refunded but just showing up as a new negative transaction would also work.

Activity Log
On Activity Log it only records when someone sends an email that's a template, but not when you just write on. That's so problematic for tracking--please add this tracking so that any can see since if you don't blind copy yourself and/or put the exact pasted message, what record is there? And how can you track easily, as a CRM should? It'd be GREAT if you could also add to the emails a reply, reply all, & Forward feature like standard emails since our industry has to follow up a LOT & there's no convenient ways. Love the templates but…

Include "External Reference ID" in Sponsors report.
When pulling a "Sponsors" report, have an option to include their child's External Reference ID.

Deposit date on donations
In order to reconcile the donations to bank statements, it would be nice to have the ability to enter the date the donation was deposited into the account. This is especially useful for the online donations made toemwards the end of the month and deposited at the beginning of the next month. I don't have a problem manually updating the field as we need to reconcile with the stripe payouts anyway. Checks are also another place this is important. Having the option to mark a donation as a grant.
Additionally, being able to generate the appropriate reporting as well.

Video acknowledgment tool to send supporters a video thank-you message
Include a video acknowledgment tool to engage donors with a simple thank you message. The use of video increases engagement. Make it simple to create thank you videos directly from smartphones.

Ability to create Supporter types
It would be helpful to have the ability to create different supporter types for individuals, organizations, etc.
Having Sponsorship Types is extremely helpful. Supporter types is equally important to our organization.

Create an email that we can send to donors on their birthdays
We would like for the system to generate an email that we can edit that would go out to supporters on their birthdays.

Restriction of updating record
There should be a restriction when updating the donors name in the record/ system by the donor themselves. good example for this,someone donated online and use existing email address, then the existing record will be automatic updated. where in fact they are different person and just using same email.

Customizable Table Headings
I would like to be able to choose what columns appear in the table on the Sponsorships admin page.Most of the information in the existing columns are not information we use (permalink, type, shares, campaigns) . It would be nice to be able to see some quick information there without having to click on the child's individual record to find it. Ie. Last name, ID number, Birthday, Age, etc. Thanks for your consideration!

Add Letter Templates to Conversations
Would like to make it easier for a sponsor to write letters by means of having prompted questions in the letter writing field instead of just having the option to free-write.

add ability to reporting to indicate if Groups selections are 'AND's or 'OR's
Right now putting two different groups (e.g. A , B) in the Group field in Reporting Supporters will select any Supporter who is in Group 'A' *or* Group 'B'. IT will be very helpful to be able to indicate that the Supporter(s) should be selected if they are in Group 'A' and Group 'B'. This would greatly enhance the ability to focus on specific subsection of Supporters

Team Member Dashboard
Make the Team pictures and descriptions its own editable tab on the dashboard like the projects/places/events...not something you have to manually enter into the code. Non-profits often face a revolving set of personnel and volunteers so these fields need to be edited often. Thus, it would be nice to have anyone able to easily change these fields without having to teach someone how to edit code.

Have two separate options for donating in memory and in honour.
Have two separate options for donating in memory and in honour. For in memory, provide a separate email confirmation sent to a loved one with the option to have the person donated in memory of's name added - ex. "A donation has been made in honour of ___", instead of one email for both saying "a donation was made in your honor". This doesn't really work when the person is deceased.

Connect campaign theme to parent campaign
It would be great if we could connect a campaign theme to a parent campaign, so that when a supporter campaign is created, it automatically pulls the campaign theme and info connected to it.

Add Country Name to Inbox or Message View
We are having to open another Reach page to look up a child who received an online letter in order to see what country they’re from (so we know what language to translate to). Is there a way to include the country name or child’s ID (ours includes country abbreviation) in either the Inbox view or the message view of the Conversations area?

Streamline supporter campaign registration
When folks click to create their supporter campaign they are directed to sign in or create an account. Once they are signed in/up they should be taken to the page to set up the campaign, rather than being taken to the Reach Home page. Many folks create their Reach account and think they have set up their campaign.
