  1. custom donation fields

    As we continue to switch our historical data into this database, it would be useful to import with more flexibility regarding "Payment Type" on donations.

  2. New report to show a list of supporters who have NOT communicated with their sponsored student

    Can we develop a report that allows us to see what supporters have NOT written their sponsorships (students) within a specific date range? The report now only allows for quantifiable reports show which supporter HAS written their sponsorships

  3. Email templates should include the option to use sponsorship merge fields.

    When emailing supporters it would be very helpful to be able to merge info from their sponsorships. It is much more personal for donors to see their specific sponsorship information in the email, like the name of their sponsored child.

  5. Transfer sponsorships

    When a child leaves the mission, i have to cancel that sponsorship and set the supporter up under a new sponsorship from scratch. It would be great to be able to transfer the sponsorship seamlessly without having to re-enter their payment information again.

  6. Customizable fields in email sponsor reports

    I would like to email sponsors that need to renew the supporter name, the sponsorship name and share, and the amount due. This can be done in Mail Merge using a mail merge template but no one mails letters anymore. We need this to be in an emailable format.

  8. Sponsorship Stats - Add number of children departed to show accurate # of sponsorships available.

    On the dashboard, add the number of children who have departed and accurately show the number of true sponsorships available.

    It would be nice to be able to shorten links. So instead of using https://aohi.reachapp.co/projects/high-school-fund we could use www.aohi.org/highschool

  11. Soft Sponsor Widget

    It would be nice to see all sponsorships a person holds on the front details page of a supporter's account. It would be nice if there was a widget that says 'soft sponsorships' just like there is a widget that says 'current sponsorships'

  12. Customizable Table Headings

    I would like to be able to choose what columns appear in the table on the Sponsorships admin page.Most of the information in the existing columns are not information we use (permalink, type, shares, campaigns) . It would be nice to be able to see some quick information there without having to click on the child's individual record to find it. Ie. Last name, ID number, Birthday, Age, etc. Thanks for your consideration!

  13. Ability to create Supporter types

    It would be helpful to have the ability to create different supporter types for individuals, organizations, etc.

    Having Sponsorship Types is extremely helpful. Supporter types is equally important to our organization.

  14. More options for contacting donors

    I noticed there are two options in the account for email preferences:
    1. Yes, but only about items I donated to or sponsored
    2. No thanks

    What about all the other things we email them about as soon as we get their email address? Can a third option be added? Something like, "Yes! I would like to receive e-mails"

  15. Foward emails to donor records

    I have used a CRM tool in the past and they had a really nice feature. Forwarding emails (from outside of reach) into the reach donor record. It adds it's to the email address of the donor that found in reach under Activity.

  17. Deposit date on donations

    In order to reconcile the donations to bank statements, it would be nice to have the ability to enter the date the donation was deposited into the account. This is especially useful for the online donations made toemwards the end of the month and deposited at the beginning of the next month. I don't have a problem manually updating the field as we need to reconcile with the stripe payouts anyway. Checks are also another place this is important.   18. Include "External Reference ID" in Sponsors report.

    When pulling a "Sponsors" report, have an option to include their child's External Reference ID.

  19. Add 'External Reference ID' column to the Conversations main admin page.

    Ideally between 'Unread' and 'Supporter' columns. This would allow us to differentiate which country a child is being sponsored in and who is responsible for processing the message instead of all admin individually opening every conversation. Alternatively, adding a Country column instead of External Reference ID would assist with this. RD

  20. Grant Tracking

    Having the option to mark a donation as a grant.

    Additionally, being able to generate the appropriate reporting as well.
