custom donation fields
As we continue to switch our historical data into this database, it would be useful to import with more flexibility regarding "Payment Type" on donations.

We can add custom fields to many areas but not to donations. This would be useful to track things like the date that a donation was deposited in the bank and the actual amount that was deposited. We use these fields for reconciling our donations, many of which are manual or imported, to the bank statement.
