In order to reconcile the donations to bank statements, it would be nice to have the ability to enter the date the donation was deposited into the account. This is especially useful for the online donations made toemwards the end of the month and deposited at the beginning of the next month. I don't have a problem manually updating the field as we need to reconcile with the stripe payouts anyway. Checks are also another place this is important. The date of the donations determines when it is receipted. If the check was received before the end of the year, but not deposited until the next year, they are still to be receipted in the previous tax year. I would love to talk to someone more about this if necessary.
