A date range on the conversation export would be helpful. Also, it would be a huge help if the current conversation report would differentiate between conversations from students vs. sponsors and show sponsorships that have no letters within the date range selected.
Also, if a sponsor deletes their conversations, there is no way to know if letters have been written for tracking purposes. Can these remain in the system but flagged as deleted and not shown to the sponsor?
