Add the Donations ID field to the Donation Details Report
This would aid in tracking down discrepancies in our reporting.

Daily Reports & Multiple Receipients Options
Adding a daily option to the reoccurring reports option would be great. Our director is requesting daily reports on what was received the day before. This can be done setting up the same report every day of the week for the previous day, but that is clunky.
Also in conjunction with that, adding a "email to" option for reports. So when a report is ran, a particular person/people and not necessarily users in REACH, will receive the report as well. Having the daily reports run and the link sent straight to the individuals would be a great feature!

Create additional donation amount for ACH separate from credit card
To encourage people to pay by ACH I would like to ability to change the percentage or flat amount if the payment method is ACH vs. credit card.

Request to display Active Sponsorships on the home page dashboard. Showing total Sponsorships is misleading since this includes any who have Left the Program.

Add a "Marketing Campaign Code" field to Donations
We have "motivation codes" for our marketing campaigns.
Right now those codes are input with many typos in the Admin Notes of a donation. Please provide us a new field for marketing campaign codes.Even a single custom field that can be added to donations would suffice.

More control with Email notifications for admins
As of now, every time we update a child in the sponsor list an email goes out to admins. When we batch update pictures for many kids, an email goes out for each of those kids. The process then becomes update kids, clean out email. It would be nice for some more control with ALL of the notifications received. There are some in our organization that don't need any notifications for that and other things.
Some more control there would be appreciated.

Improve the Tasks feature
I've been trying to utilize the Tasks feature in Reach, but it seems really clunky and broken. In other CRMs I've used, tasks are a way to create reminders for yourself to contact a constituent in the future, or to document interactions like phone calls or emails you've had with a constituent. This is extremely helpful when trying to manage relationships with hundreds of donors.
It seems like this is sort of what Reach is capable of doing, but I am encountering many issues. For instance, when I try to edit a previously logged task, it creates a duplicate record…

Soft delete merge account information
Would it be possible to track accounts and donations that have been deleted due to a merge? The donations disappear from Reach, but unless we pull a whole new snapshot of the database (which is an hours long process, and is resource heavy) those old donations still exist in our data warehouse, and falsely increase our donations total.

Reports - Add permalinks for supporters and soft supporters in the soft credits report
Currently the soft credits detail report does not include permalinks for both supporters and soft supporters. Can that be added, please?

SMS Notification Integration for Sponsorship Updates
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of implementing an SMS (text message) notification system to inform our donors and sponsors when new content, such as photos, letters, or updates regarding their sponsored child, becomes available on their child's profile.
Currently, our system relies on email notifications to relay such information. However, we have encountered several instances where sponsors have not received these notifications for various reasons. Some emails have been inadvertently directed to their SPAM folders, while others have reported infrequent email usage or delayed email checks. In contrast, text messages garner quicker response from our sponsors.

Multiple email addresses to receive notifications for the same supporter.
For example both husband and wife want to stay updated on sponsorships and receive EOY statements.

Report for New and Cancelled Sponsorships by Month
I would like to see a report that pulls in the new sponsorships and cancelled sponsorships by month for any period. For example, the last 3 months so see the relationship between new and cancelled sponsored broken out by month.

Soft Sponsor Widget
It would be nice to see all sponsorships a person holds on the front details page of a supporter's account. It would be nice if there was a widget that says 'soft sponsorships' just like there is a widget that says 'current sponsorships'

New report to show a list of supporters who have NOT communicated with their sponsored student
Can we develop a report that allows us to see what supporters have NOT written their sponsorships (students) within a specific date range? The report now only allows for quantifiable reports show which supporter HAS written their sponsorships

Expose a Tags endpoint in the API
In the UI, Supporter and Donation records can have zero or more Tags assigned. These tags are standardized and managed system-wide. Tags do not currently appear in the API from get requests to /api/v2/donations or /api/v2/supporters (or any other endpoint as far as I can tell). Especially with the recent addition of UTM parameter handling resulting in tags being applied to donations, having tags be available in the API output would be extremely helpful.

Sponsorship Updated Email is too vague.
I get the emails all the time that say "Child Sponsorship [child name] Updated" inside is a link but the email isn't helpful right now, as there's no way to know what was updated on the sponsorship record. It would really help if the notification email said what was updated on the sponsorship record. Is there any way for Reach include what was changed on the email that goes out? That’d really help. Right now I click on the link and never know what was updated.

Adding a lock icon to the donation form.
On a donation webinar today, there was something they mentioned that saw a 112% increase in giving as a result of a simple LOCK ICON. Maybe just some CSS to insert it. When a little LOCK ICON was present near where they entered their credit card number on their donation forms, it apparently made the user feel more secure. I have an example photo if you need one. I'd like to add it to our donation forms please.

add ability to reporting to indicate if Groups selections are 'AND's or 'OR's
Right now putting two different groups (e.g. A , B) in the Group field in Reporting Supporters will select any Supporter who is in Group 'A' *or* Group 'B'. IT will be very helpful to be able to indicate that the Supporter(s) should be selected if they are in Group 'A' and Group 'B'. This would greatly enhance the ability to focus on specific subsection of Supporters
