Donation Tags
The donation module has a place for tags, but when entering a manual donation, a check for instance, you have to create the donation, save it, then go back to see the tag field. I would like to see the tag field show up on the first donation input screen. We get a great number of checks and have volunteers enter them for us. This extra step is problematic for them, and leads to errors.
20 votesYou can now add Donation tags directly from the + New Donation screen.
Thanks for your feedback!

adding “local pickup” as an option to the store
It is very tiresome to add another product with local pick up for items in the store. It also confused donors who have to be very careful with what they pick out. So this should be added as a delivery method.

Include Name of Report in the Recurring Report Email
When I get an email related to a recurring report, I would like that email to include the name of the report. I get several recurring reports, and I never know which one each email is for.

Automatically add donors to a Group when they give to a specific purpose/project.
For instance, the admin would like to create a group for each of their Missionaries.
When a person donates toward that missionary, they would like that individual to be automatically added to a group.2 votesThis can be done under Admin Automations.

Remove the donation categories from the admin side if they are hidden/disabled
The dropdown list on the admin side gets bogged down with donation categories that we no longer use and can cause errors when entering donations.
8 votesUnused donation categories can be disabled. Once disabled, they will display in the Disabled area under the Active area.

Enhance the sponsorship view on the supporter page
If a sponsorship has two share types (education and monthly food supplement) and a supporter sponsors both the share types, the sponsorship shows twice on the supporters detail page but the share type isn't visible here so it looks like a duplicate.
It would be good if there was a way differentiate these so that it is clear that one is for school and one is for food.
2 votesWhen applicable, Share Type is now shown in Current Sponsorships on the main page of a supporter record.

Add the Donations ID field to the Donation Details Report
This would aid in tracking down discrepancies in our reporting.

Organization Name on Donation Form, no First and Last Name
At organization name to donation form. When Churches/organizations/businesses use our donation form, it's confusing because the form requires a first and last name. Maybe add a toggle... if the donor is a entity instead of a person, the could check that box, and instead of first and last name, there would only be a box for organization name. Currently, our churches who give, put all kinds of weird stuff in the first and last, and then this creates duplicates in REACH, or causes other problems.
5 votesThank you for your feedback. The ability for a supporter to use the Organization Name on a donation form, with no First and Last Name required, is now available.
To enable for your account, go to Settings > Donation Setup > Donation Form Settings tab. Check the box to supporters to Allow Supporters To Enter Organization/Company in Place of Name.

Create an alert for people who have credit cards expiring soon
I've enabled the Catch Up Alert which notifies donors that they're behind on monthly sponsorship donations and I've enabled the notification emails telling people that their credit card is expiring soon, but I think it would be helpful if there was also an alert that could be enabled when a donor logs into their account telling them that they have a credit card on file that is expiring soon. The notification emails are helpful, but I feel this could be a nice addition.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion! You can now do this by going to Settings > Donation Setup > Credit Card Setup. Learn more here: https://www.reachapp.co/reach-knowledge-base/donation-settings-knowledge-base/donation-setup/#credit-card-setup

Customize the Weekly Summary
We would like to be able to customize the weekly report summary that is emailed out based on our needs. Being able to select what is being shown in this report to be relevant would be a greater help than what is shown now.

Multiple email addresses to receive notifications for the same supporter.
For example both husband and wife want to stay updated on sponsorships and receive EOY statements.
This appears to be the same request as this but opening a new request since the other one was marked complete. https://reachapp.uservoice.com/forums/281276-reach-feedback-forum/suggestions/31833814-accept-multiple-email-address-per-supporter
8 votesMultiple email addresses can now be included on supporter records and marked to be included in emailings.

Expose a Tags endpoint in the API
In the UI, Supporter and Donation records can have zero or more Tags assigned. These tags are standardized and managed system-wide. Tags do not currently appear in the API from get requests to /api/v2/donations or /api/v2/supporters (or any other endpoint as far as I can tell). Especially with the recent addition of UTM parameter handling resulting in tags being applied to donations, having tags be available in the API output would be extremely helpful.
Please consider including a tags object or array in the output of the Donations and Supporters endpoints, or any other object for which tags may be…
12 votesThere is now a Tags attribute on the donation entity when using the API.

Add Supporter Identification Number to Supporter Details Page
Each supporter has their permalink, but also a unique number that shows up in the supporter URL (sometimes) but not in details.
Please display that number on the support details tab1 vote -
Incorporate the information about a sponsored child on their profile that the sponsor sees.
On the admin side, we enter information such as birthdays, siblings, parents, village, etc. But the sponsor doesn't see that. This would really help our sponsors continue fostering a relationship with their children.

Upcoming Birthdays Email to Sponsors
It would be nice if there was an automatic email sent out to sponsors whose sponsored child has a birthday coming up. It would be a generic "your child is turning ___, wish him/her a happy birthday!" maybe a few days before the child's birthday.
17 votesThere is now a Supporter Notification specifically for sponsorship birthdays. You can now set a notification to automatically alert your sponsors when their sponsorship birthdays are coming up.
Refer to this article for our recommended settings and liquid to include.
