Sponsorship Home page to show only active sponsorships
When I look at the Sponsorship homepage, it lists every sponsorship that was ever made. It would be better if it defaults to active with being able to include disabled sponsorships in the drop down.

This has been completed. You can now click on the Active tab to list only active sponsorships in the sponsorship index. You can also filter by Sponsorship Visibility (public or hidden).
