effective dates on changes
Have start/end dates and/or effective dates in places such as: change in recurring donation amount; change in sponsorship support amount; custom donation form active timeframe; future cancel date for stopping a donation and/or sponsorship; 'Mark as current' have option to choose all or portion of amount with associated effective date; timestamp and/or date field associated with Graduated Status on Sponsorship and similarly Add an Active/Inactive status option with to Supporter profile.

More options for contacting donors
I noticed there are two options in the account for email preferences:
1. Yes, but only about items I donated to or sponsored
2. No thanksWhat about all the other things we email them about as soon as we get their email address? Can a third option be added? Something like, "Yes! I would like to receive e-mails"

add the Preferred Name (Salutation) to the Top Donors report
Adding the preferred name (salutation) would make the top donor file easier to create year end letters

customized response to texts
We have an online event coming up in which we are going to pitch child sponsorship opportunities to those viewing. We'd love to have the ability to say "Text SPONSOR to 615.640.3707" and then have the donor receive a message back that says something like "To sponsor a child click here: [link]". Ability to delete a supporter regardless of sponsorship history.
It is frustrating not to be able to delete a supporter for any reason, especially if an error is made.

Soft Credit Apply to sponsorship
When adding a soft credit we can select a supporter whose account is credited, but we are not able to apply the credit to a specific sponsorship. Therefore monthly I need to go through all of the sponsorships paid through a soft credit and manually mark them as up to date. When selecting supporter for the soft credit, I would also like to select the sponsorship (so it will show as paid).

Conversations: Include Supporter Name and Category
Would be helpful to have the Supporter's Name and a Category included on the email notifications to admins (Sponsorship conversation or an option for supporters to select Donation, Project or a certain category) so the message can be directed appropriately without having to go to the message to see the conversation.

Prevent selection of same child more than once for sponsorship
Currently, a supporter can select a same child more than once and proceed for payment. Error pops-up only during the payment time that same child is selected multiple times. It will be good, if error message pops-up during the selection time. This will save supporter's time.

Add additional categories to the Task page
Currently, the Task page shows "My Tasks," "Completed," and "All Tasks." From an administrative standpoint, it would be really helpful to have the additional categories "All Complete" and "All Incomplete," so we can have a better picture of where our organization as a whole is on completing tasks.

Have a drop-down selection option in custom fields that allows for more than one selection.
We have categories that have multiple selections, like favorite subjects in school, personality traits, etc. It would be useful to have a true checkbox option that allows our staff to select several items, that would then display as a list on the child's profile page.

Editable Version of Print Conversation Message Template
I would like the Print Conversation Message template to generate the letter in Word or another editable format rather than PDF so we can edit if necessary. (Sometimes people include information in their message that they shouldn’t, like personal contact info/social media, etc.) Or could it be possible for the message to be edited before we generate the template? I’ve noticed the translation can be edited here but not the original message. Often, especially now, we email letters rather than print and physically send. Add Country Name to Inbox or Message View
We are having to open another Reach page to look up a child who received an online letter in order to see what country they’re from (so we know what language to translate to). Is there a way to include the country name or child’s ID (ours includes country abbreviation) in either the Inbox view or the message view of the Conversations area?

Update payment details to include address update
Currently on the feature to "update current payment details" on a donor's page, the only option is to update their expiration date. Could you also add the option to update their billing address, so that if a donor's address changes we don't have to reenter all of their card information?

When adding batch donations there is currently no option to add them as non tax deductible.

Video acknowledgment tool to send supporters a video thank-you message
Include a video acknowledgment tool to engage donors with a simple thank you message. The use of video increases engagement. Make it simple to create thank you videos directly from smartphones.

It would be helpful to see a column on import template for field source, like System or Custom. Also, for Sponsorships have tabs for each sponsorship type and the fields applicable to them

A Sponsorship Summit
There are no classes at the local community college on how to do sponsorship, right? We research and figure it out as we go! As an NPO with more than 800 sponsored children so far, we often wish there were opportunities for fellow organizations within the REACH family to come together, share ideas, failures/successes, fellowship and more. Like a 1 or 2 day conference. What about you?

Admin-Assisted Conversations (2-Way)
For non-computer literate sponsors, we offer the opportunity to send correspondence on their behalf. However, REACH does not allow admin (our staff) assisted conversations from the sponsor to the child - only from the child to the sponsor. This is due to the fact that REACH was originally designed as an online sponsorship solution ONLY. However, we don't put these qualifications on people who wish to sponsor our children. We'd like to be able to support consistent conversation activity between sponsors and children whether they are computer literate or not. Conversations create stronger engagement and longer sponsorship relationships.

Provide service within REACH to scrub database against USPS current database.
Provide service within REACH to scrub supporter lists against the USPS current address list. Then once the list is scrubbed, provide the report to the client showing the names of supporters whose addresses have changed, with the latest address that USPS
has for them. Then supporter's address can be updated manually from there.10 votes
