  1. Show only the states for my country when making donations

    When someone is making an online donation they need to pick their state from a long list of states including all US states. We are in Australia. Is it possible for donors to select the country first (Australia) then list only the Australian states.

  2. Auto Email Offline Supporters

    Offline supporters, especially those that give quarterly, semi-annually and annually, can benefit from reminders about their payment commitment. However, there's currently nothing automated to accomplish this. If the REACH admin needs to initiate this action, then I'd like to see tasks that send you an email reminder when the action is due, not on the day you create the task. There would also need to be a way for tasks to be recurring rather than create a brand new one every quarter, six months or annually.

    If REACH could initiate the reminder to offline supporters via the existing auto email…

    Hi,

    We have released Supporter Notifications which will allow you to create custom emails and drip campaigns that can be sent automatically to your supporters after certain events take place in REACH. Two of these are specifically for offline sponsors. 

    We’ve provided our suggested text for each supporter notification that includes the liquid elements you’ll want to pull in for each one.

    Text Messages can now be sent to All Supporters – or to a selected Group of Supporters regardless of Donation History.

  4. I would like to cancel an online recurring donation without cancelling the sponsorship.

    Sometimes a sponsor would like to change their method of payment from online monthly sponsorship donations to writing checks. When I cancel their recurring donation their sponsorship is cancelled. I then have to setup their sponsorship again and make it offline. I would love to see a change.

  5. Additions to soft sponsorships:

    Love the soft sponsorships! A few more changes that would be helpful would be:

    1. If we could see soft sponsors from within a child's profile? I know you can go into the soft sponsors profile and see the soft sponsorship listed there, but it would also be helpful to see the soft sponsors name in the child's profile.

    2. The option to allow multiple soft sponsors for one sponsorship (like if Grandma wanted to gift one sponsorship to her two grandsons).

  6. Customizable Search fields

    When under the SPONSOR tab, it automatically lists (or orders) the sponsors/donors by first name. I would like to order them by last name.

    When under the SPONSORSHIP tab, again, it automatically lists (or orders) the kids by first name. I would like the option to order them numerically by their child number.

  8. Create a custom QR code for each sponsorship

    It would be great to have the ability to have a custom QR code for each sponsorship that could be printed in a mail merge template. The QR code could link to the sponsorship's page, making it easy to access their page.

  9. Donor Portal to show not only sponsorships and campaigns the donor is involved in, but Projects as well

    in the old donor's portal, you could view the Projects you donate to.
    In the new portal you can't. You can only look at your sponsorships and campaigns. Could we add Projects to that? We have people who only donate to certain projects. Some of those projects are our missionary support projects, so I feel it is very important for them to be able to view those like they are able to for sponsorships orcampaigns.

  10. Adding a File-Browser Style Media File to use for Albums, Sponsor Profiles

    It would be extrememly helpful if we could upload a bunch of pictures to the a file browser style Media File within REACH, and then be able to "pull" those into individual profiles. We have Ugandan staff, with inferior connectivity managing many of our sponsor profiles. It would be extraordinarily helpful to be able to edit and download a bunch of photos, and then have our local staff be able to access those photos and attach them to profiles.   11. New Donor Portal separation of lumped donations so the donor can see the amount applied for each separate purpose.

    As a donor, I went into my REACH account under the new portal and could see my donations. Because I pay by check, when my donation is entered it lumps all the purposes together showing the total check amount. This makes sense to me; however, when I want to specifically see how much went to one item, I'm unable to do so. For example, I clicked on my House of Hope sponsorship and it still shows the lumped donation amount and not the specified amount for just the House of Hope. This isn't the case in the admin console.   12. Can the cart check if item is still available before completing the transaction?

    If someone puts the last of a product in their cart but don't purchase it, then someone else puts it in their cart because it still shows available, both are able to purchase the one remaining item. The result is a -1 quantity and the purchase of a product no longer available. Is there a way to have the cart check for availability of the product before completing the transaction?

  13. Recurring Tasks

    I send out quarterly reminders to delinquent donors, but I have donors that request reminders throughout the year, whether it be monthly, annually, or bi-annually, etc. I set tasks up in donors accounts to remind me to send the reminder, and it would be really helpful if there was an option to make the task recurring so that I don't have to set up a new task for each reminder.

  14. Send an email in advance to a supporter when their credit card number is expiring.

    It would be great if Reach sent an email in advance (say a month) to supporters when their credit card expiration date is expiring.

    This feature exists in REACH. The service notifies donors who have a recurring donation 2 months in advance that their credit card is expiring soon.

  15. bulk import photos for updating sponsorships

    We update the kids' photos every year. This is very slow because we have to upload each one individually. It would be great to be able to upload them all at once, then match each photo with the child to replace their old photo.

    As we continue to switch our historical data into this database, it would be useful to import with more flexibility regarding "Payment Type" on donations.

  19. General Ledger account field on every set-up for donation/payment.

    It's a basic thought to me that a general ledger account field should be included. Why not make mapping export to the financial system easier??
    It would be best to have a COA with a # and text field , then in every place where donation is set-up the associated GL is a drop-down list based on the COA the user set. (This is COA would only include company income accounts).

  20. Session Time out warning

    We have had multiple donors who have lost letters they were writing in the conversation area, because of the way the session time out is set up. I understand that we can't really update or lengthen this time, but is there a way that you can populate a warning that the time available has passed? Something that pops up with wording such as "For security reasons and protection of data, your session has expired."
