Create a custom QR code for each sponsorship

It would be great to have the ability to have a custom QR code for each sponsorship that could be printed in a mail merge template. The QR code could link to the sponsorship's page, making it easy to access their page.

    This would be great as we could scan the donor's QR code on mailings to make sure all donors have been sent newsletters or updates.
