Flexible user definable donations export
I would like to be able to set the fields that are exported using the donations export. I added a new field into the "Supporters" database but can't add it to the donations export. It is "Envelope Number" and that is required in order to import the records into our donor program.
9 votesThe Donation Details report now offers the ability to set columns when running the report (as of 03/2020). Custom Fields created are included in the Column Select.
Once the report has run, the Summary will include the columns selected. You can then choose to Export the Filtered Report as a CSV or Excel file. -

Break a Donation into multiple categories after processing.
Some donors leave a not asking it to be applied to multiple options, but there is no way to break down an online donation after it has gone through.
This would help us a lot to be able to accurately report donations when a note asks it to be applied elsewhere.

Use Custom Fields with Merge Templates
When creating merge documents, add functionality to pull from custom fields and/or fields in a table related to the supporter or sponsorship. For example, we have a "Organization Contact" table that has info relating to contact people for certain organizations. That info would help with custom mailings and reports we send out.

Automatically add sponsors to Mailchimp list
We use Mailchimp to keep our sponsor up-to-date. I realize that we could manually export the list and add them to Mailchimp, but it would be great to have the option of have sponsors automatically added to a list.
6 votesREACH already supports this. You can add your MailChimp API and select the list to populate under Settings > Base Settings > SEO and Social Media. There you will see the MailChimp setup.

Different sponsorship amounts
We have 2 sponsorships per child through our program and wish that we could have the option of those 2 sponsorship types being 2 different amounts (i.e. $45 for one sponsorship type, $25 for another sponsorship type), rather than the only option being both sponsorships having to be the same amount.

Have the original recurring date for incomplete/error donations be the default setting
When there is an incomplete/error donation that is corrected, the date that the correction is made automatically becomes the new date for the next recurring donation (and every donation thereafter). Most donors originally picked a date that works well for them financially and are frustrated that the date got changed, so rather than having to go back into the system to change it each time this happens, we would like the default setting to be that the original recurring date is once again the date for the next automatic payment, not the date the issue was corrected.

Donation Detail (BETA) - Add "Sponsorship Type"
Can you add the Sponsorship Type as a column to this new report? Also, would it be possible to have the option to delete certain columns before generating the report?

Mail Merge Editor Fonts
Please fix the mail merge editor to use the different fonts listed. No matter what font I try to use, it always comes out Ariel in the final merged document.

Would it be possible to be notified by email, including the content of a message, from a sponsor when this sponsor sends a message to us? Our partners in Afghanistan would find this very helpful.

Option to Copy Mail Merge Templates
I would love to be able to create a duplicate copy of my mail merge documents so I can reuse formatting on future projects.

Sponsor Activity Report - Add Active or Ongoing and Past Due Option
When I want to create a mail merge for all our current sponsors there is no option for Ongoing and Past Due (without canceled). We still send out child update to sponsors even if they are past due.

Add report on NEW SPONSORSHIP in the dashboard
I generate NEW SPONSORSHIP report on a regular basis. Having it in the dashboard makes it an easy reference.

Customize and Save Reports
I would like to customize the fields that are added to a report, then save the report. I have monthly reports to complete and have to either delete or hide many fields, very time consuming. It would be nice to set it up once and then download my custom report monthly.
