Use Custom Fields with Merge Templates
When creating merge documents, add functionality to pull from custom fields and/or fields in a table related to the supporter or sponsorship. For example, we have a "Organization Contact" table that has info relating to contact people for certain organizations. That info would help with custom mailings and reports we send out.
