  1. Select Representative at Checkout

    We have recruited representatives to help push child sponsorships. It would be amazing to have a drop-down selection for "Representative" at check-out (with an option for no rep if they just sponsored based on visiting the website alone). The bonus would be to be able to pull a report based on the representative.

  2. ability to text individual supporters through their profile

    It would be nice to have the ability to send an individual supporter a text message through their account page, much like you can via email. This would be helpful in sending them a message related to their account (such as a declined card, etc). As it is now, I'm only seeing email as an option, and texting feature is reserved for groups.

    REACH Admins can now choose to Text a Supporter from the Supporters Account. The Text button option is only available for Supporters with a Mobile Number on file.

    REACH offers Custom Fields – including a Custom Date field and a Custom Table Field that can be created for use with Supporters or Sponsorships to hold information.

    A Custom Date Field can be created to for use if you want to track when a sponsorship has first been added to the program, or first sponsored, if you are bringing in legacy information in to a REACH account.

    A Custom Table created for sponsorships can be used to help track a child’s progress at school, or other information best displayed in a table format.

  5. Display soft sponsorships on a supporter's dashboard

    If you go in to a supporters "sponsorship history" you can see soft sponsorships listed there, but it would be helpful to see them displayed on a supporter's dashboard, too.

  6. Transaction Summary Report

    We would like an accounting transaction summary report that lists item totals for all REACH transactions in a single report.
    This will help with balancing and understanding where we are in meeting our goals.
    It should be able to report by date range as other reports do.
    The Sponsorships section would be the REACH Sponsorship type totals.

    Below is an example of the categories and columns:

    Transaction Summary between 6/1/2020 through 6/30/2020

    Projects
    Title / Permalink / Goal Amount / Donations / Raised
    Establish a nuse station in Haiti / haiti-nurse-station / 30000 / 16 / 1457

  7. Checkbox for Reports

    Create a checkbox for parameters of what is to be included in a report. For instance, if running a sponsorship report, add the option to select multiple criteria, such as partial sponsorships and fully sponsored.

    Multi-Select has been added to REACH Reports.

    Choose any combination of groups, affiliates, purposes, payment types, items, etc. when generating your reports.

    Also added is the ability to schedule a weekly or monthly report and the ability to customize your Report Summary by choosing the columns to display.

  8. Provide chat support/voice support not just email support so we could solve issues within minutes, not months

    I hope Reach would provide an online support team who would cater/respond to user questions real time, not just through email. That way, easy technical questions would be resolved within minutes, not months.

  9. Filter by project on the sponsorship tab of the admin console

    The current sponsorships page on the admin console allows us to filter sponsorships by sponsorship status, program status, location, type, and category. However, our most used parameter is PROJECT, and we are unable to filter sponsorships in this way. This addition of a project dropdown would be incredibly useful for us.

  10. Show only the states for my country when making donations

    When someone is making an online donation they need to pick their state from a long list of states including all US states. We are in Australia. Is it possible for donors to select the country first (Australia) then list only the Australian states.

  11. Auto Email Offline Supporters

    Offline supporters, especially those that give quarterly, semi-annually and annually, can benefit from reminders about their payment commitment. However, there's currently nothing automated to accomplish this. If the REACH admin needs to initiate this action, then I'd like to see tasks that send you an email reminder when the action is due, not on the day you create the task. There would also need to be a way for tasks to be recurring rather than create a brand new one every quarter, six months or annually.

    If REACH could initiate the reminder to offline supporters via the existing auto email…

    We have released Supporter Notifications which will allow you to create custom emails and drip campaigns that can be sent automatically to your supporters after certain events take place in REACH. Two of these are specifically for offline sponsors. 


    We’ve provided our suggested text for each supporter notification that includes the liquid elements you’ll want to pull in for each one.

    Text Messages can now be sent to All Supporters – or to a selected Group of Supporters regardless of Donation History.

  13. I would like to cancel an online recurring donation without cancelling the sponsorship.

    Sometimes a sponsor would like to change their method of payment from online monthly sponsorship donations to writing checks. When I cancel their recurring donation their sponsorship is cancelled. I then have to setup their sponsorship again and make it offline. I would love to see a change.

  14. Additions to soft sponsorships:

    Love the soft sponsorships! A few more changes that would be helpful would be:

    1. If we could see soft sponsors from within a child's profile? I know you can go into the soft sponsors profile and see the soft sponsorship listed there, but it would also be helpful to see the soft sponsors name in the child's profile.

    2. The option to allow multiple soft sponsors for one sponsorship (like if Grandma wanted to gift one sponsorship to her two grandsons).

  15. Customizable Search fields

    When under the SPONSOR tab, it automatically lists (or orders) the sponsors/donors by first name. I would like to order them by last name.

    When under the SPONSORSHIP tab, again, it automatically lists (or orders) the kids by first name. I would like the option to order them numerically by their child number.

  17. Create a custom QR code for each sponsorship

    It would be great to have the ability to have a custom QR code for each sponsorship that could be printed in a mail merge template. The QR code could link to the sponsorship's page, making it easy to access their page.

  18. Donor Portal to show not only sponsorships and campaigns the donor is involved in, but Projects as well

    in the old donor's portal, you could view the Projects you donate to.
    In the new portal you can't. You can only look at your sponsorships and campaigns. Could we add Projects to that? We have people who only donate to certain projects. Some of those projects are our missionary support projects, so I feel it is very important for them to be able to view those like they are able to for sponsorships orcampaigns.

  19. Adding a File-Browser Style Media File to use for Albums, Sponsor Profiles

    It would be extrememly helpful if we could upload a bunch of pictures to the a file browser style Media File within REACH, and then be able to "pull" those into individual profiles. We have Ugandan staff, with inferior connectivity managing many of our sponsor profiles. It would be extraordinarily helpful to be able to edit and download a bunch of photos, and then have our local staff be able to access those photos and attach them to profiles. Sending them to an outside source, like Dropbox, to download find and download them to their computers and then upload to…

  20. New Donor Portal separation of lumped donations so the donor can see the amount applied for each separate purpose.

    As a donor, I went into my REACH account under the new portal and could see my donations. Because I pay by check, when my donation is entered it lumps all the purposes together showing the total check amount. This makes sense to me; however, when I want to specifically see how much went to one item, I'm unable to do so. For example, I clicked on my House of Hope sponsorship and it still shows the lumped donation amount and not the specified amount for just the House of Hope. This isn't the case in the admin console.
