Labels in Alphabetical order
we really need the labels in Alphabetical order. It took us over an hour to clean up a report from REACH Just so we could get labels From our sponsors list in alphabetical order.

ACH refunds to show up in Reach as a transaction.
Refunds processed by the bank don't show up in reach. It would be nice for it to match up with the actual transaction that is refunded but just showing up as a new negative transaction would also work.

Sorting Media Files
When we add sponsorship images or media content, there is no option to sort by names or dates added. Sorting based on name or date will be helpful to delete the old images.

bulk
It would be great to have functionality to batch or bulk edit children. For example, hide, disable, graduate, mark as urgent need etc. It would be great to be able to do this from the reports page to batch edit children from a specific data range.

allow us to adjust/customize the columns displayed on the main sponsorship page
It would be very helpful to us if we could adjust/customize the information displayed in the columns on the main sponsorship tab/page...where all sponsorships are listed. There are at least two columns of information which we never use (i.e. external reference) But there is other information which it would be very helpful to see in that view, because we use it often, but currently to see it we must open each sponsorship record.

Admin portal donations list sorting is not working
When viewing donations in the Admin portal, the sorting is not consistent. for example, when viewing pledges, if you try to sort by Status, it does something but does not sort by status. When using the search fields to get the list to a specific date range, soring resets the search rather than honoring it, and if you sort first then enter the date range, the soring is back to default. It is impossible to restrict the donations and sort at the same time.

More options for contacting donors
I noticed there are two options in the account for email preferences:
1. Yes, but only about items I donated to or sponsored
2. No thanksWhat about all the other things we email them about as soon as we get their email address? Can a third option be added? Something like, "Yes! I would like to receive e-mails"

Trip tags for MailChimp
When you sync REACH with MailChimp, you have the option of assigning tags to all different places within REACH. But you can not assign tags to Trips. This would be very helpful for people who use the integration with ManagedMissions.

Make the "Export to QuickBooks" file more customizable.
When you run the "Export to QuickBooks" on the donations report, the "Account" Field always defaults to "Direct Public Support" and "Reach". We use different account names and would love to be able to customize these.
Also, the ability to populate the "Class" field with GL codes rather than placed on the end of the description would be awesome.

effective dates on changes
Have start/end dates and/or effective dates in places such as: change in recurring donation amount; change in sponsorship support amount; custom donation form active timeframe; future cancel date for stopping a donation and/or sponsorship; 'Mark as current' have option to choose all or portion of amount with associated effective date; timestamp and/or date field associated with Graduated Status on Sponsorship and similarly Add an Active/Inactive status option with to Supporter profile.

add the Preferred Name (Salutation) to the Top Donors report
Adding the preferred name (salutation) would make the top donor file easier to create year end letters

Ability to delete a supporter regardless of sponsorship history.
It is frustrating not to be able to delete a supporter for any reason, especially if an error is made.

Soft Credit Apply to sponsorship
When adding a soft credit we can select a supporter whose account is credited, but we are not able to apply the credit to a specific sponsorship. Therefore monthly I need to go through all of the sponsorships paid through a soft credit and manually mark them as up to date. When selecting supporter for the soft credit, I would also like to select the sponsorship (so it will show as paid).

customized response to texts
We have an online event coming up in which we are going to pitch child sponsorship opportunities to those viewing. We'd love to have the ability to say "Text SPONSOR to 615.640.3707" and then have the donor receive a message back that says something like "To sponsor a child click here: [link]". Failed transactions
When I run the Failed Transaction report for a certain date range I get
every transaction that failed. We follow up on failed transactions and get the donor to update the card. As a result, many of the failed transactions are not "failed" anymore, but have current recurring donations. It would be very labor intensive to go through each record! Adding an additional column in the report showing last donation date will help filter out the ones that have updated the card.10 votes -
Add Country Name to Inbox or Message View
We are having to open another Reach page to look up a child who received an online letter in order to see what country they’re from (so we know what language to translate to). Is there a way to include the country name or child’s ID (ours includes country abbreviation) in either the Inbox view or the message view of the Conversations area?

Conversations: Include Supporter Name and Category
Would be helpful to have the Supporter's Name and a Category included on the email notifications to admins (Sponsorship conversation or an option for supporters to select Donation, Project or a certain category) so the message can be directed appropriately without having to go to the message to see the conversation.

Prevent selection of same child more than once for sponsorship
Currently, a supporter can select a same child more than once and proceed for payment. Error pops-up only during the payment time that same child is selected multiple times. It will be good, if error message pops-up during the selection time. This will save supporter's time.
