Provide chat support/voice support not just email support so we could solve issues within minutes, not months
I hope Reach would provide an online support team who would cater/respond to user questions real time, not just through email. That way, easy technical questions would be resolved within minutes, not months.

We strive to provide a response to support tickets on the same day that we receive them, and if you need immediate assistance, you can reach us by phone at (844) 347-3224 during our regular support hours (8AM–5PM M–F Eastern Time).
