Check / Cash payment processing, products & all
Payment for products by cash or check; an Admin user needs to be able to process them. Add this feature.
An Admin user needs to be able to process all types of payments from all sources. Cash and checks are still quite common, and there is no reason this shouldn't be standard in admin processing of receivables.

Admins are now able to add products to a cart and complete the order using an online or offline donation.
