Customizable supporter pages
It would be nice to be able to customize what information shows on a supporter record. For example, the way it shows up now has the Notes section at the top and the basic information gets pushed to the bottom of the page. If a supporter has a lot of activity in the notes section, I have to scroll in order to see an address, phone number, etc. This may not be important for all organizations, but every supporter record I open, I need to see the name, address, phone, email, etc.

Customize supporter profile
I would love to be able to edit our supporter profiles so that their information displays in a different order. For example, I would like to be able to adjust it so that their Basic Info displays first, then Tasks and Reminders, then Notes.

I think it would be a great option to know how a sponsor signed up to support a child (
I think it would be a great idea to have an option to know HOW a sponsor signed up to support a child. Did they choose to go to our website and sign up? Or were they signed up to sponsor by an admin manually signing them up? It would be great for record keeping and data analysis. Thank you!

Graduated Status
When a child leaves the program it could be many reasons: graduated secondary school, aged out of program, moved away from community, etc…) it would be great if there was a field to enter the reason why the child graduated and also the date the graduated. I would like to be able to pull a report to see when and reason children leave the program.
6 votesThis can be done by setting up a Sponsorship Custom Field. You can include any amount of data here (why graduated, date of graduation, etc.) and generate a report and export all your data into a spreadsheet. Here's how.

Next donation notification email for offline sponsorships
We have a number of offline sponsorships and would like an email similar to the "failed donation" to go out when sponsors next payment is due (or hasn't been received).

We have released Supporter Notifications which will allow you to create custom emails and drip campaigns that can be sent automatically to your supporters after certain events take place in REACH. One of these events is Offline Sponsorship Past Due.
We’ve provided our suggested text for each supporter notification that includes the liquid elements you’ll want to pull in for each one.
Supporter Notifications can be set up for the following events:
Event Registration
Offline Sponsorship Past Due
Offline Sponsorship Supporter Created
Recurring Donation Ended
Sponsorship Cancelled
Supporter Created

Lapsed donor report
Need a report on lapsed supporters, both sponsors and non-sponsors, i.e. "last year but not this year", "some year but not this year."

Select Representative at Checkout
We have recruited representatives to help push child sponsorships. It would be amazing to have a drop-down selection for "Representative" at check-out (with an option for no rep if they just sponsored based on visiting the website alone). The bonus would be to be able to pull a report based on the representative.

ability to text individual supporters through their profile
It would be nice to have the ability to send an individual supporter a text message through their account page, much like you can via email. This would be helpful in sending them a message related to their account (such as a declined card, etc). As it is now, I'm only seeing email as an option, and texting feature is reserved for groups.
3 votesREACH Admins can now choose to Text a Supporter from the Supporters Account. The Text button option is only available for Supporters with a Mobile Number on file.

Purchase 'gifts' for sponsored child (shoes, bedding, goats, bible, etc.)
We have seen many other organizations that have utilized a program like this, where we can allow sponsors to purchase an item for their sponsored child like a bible, a goat, bedding, laundry soap, wash tools, etc. If it could then be tied to the sponsor as well as the sponsorship, that would be beneficial for our team in Africa as well as finance team here, stateside.

You can now create a Gift Catalog to include various sponsorship gifts that can be tied to the sponsor and sponsorship and will be displayed in the Donor Portal. Run report to determine which supporters do not have email address listed.
We mostly email statements. Would be easier to determine who we need to mail hard copy to if we could run a simple report.
2 votesAn Excel Download is available for Supporters without an Email Address by accessing the Supporter Module.
By going to your Supporters and clicking the Clear Search button – you can use the “Export Supporter List” to request an Excel Download with the Email Filter dropdown set to “Include Supporters Without An Email Address.”
When the report is Generated, you will receive an email to download and review.
You can use the same Export Supporter List to create a Mail Merge for Groups of Supporters, or Supporters without Emails, etc. Other Custom Fields you created for your Supporters (Dropdown Fields) will also be available.

Make it an option to add multiple "note" fields on the donation forms
It would be helpful for supporters to be able to leave different kinds of notes on the donation form. For example, I would like for them to be able to leave a mailing address for honoree donations, but I would also like for them to be able to leave general notes that they want us to see.

I would also like to see areas to record and track child's progress at school as well as family progress and run reports.
1 voteREACH offers Custom Fields – including a Custom Date field and a Custom Table Field that can be created for use with Supporters or Sponsorships to hold information.
A Custom Date Field can be created to for use if you want to track when a sponsorship has first been added to the program, or first sponsored, if you are bringing in legacy information in to a REACH account.
A Custom Table created for sponsorships can be used to help track a child’s progress at school, or other information best displayed in a table format.

Add Automatic Card Information Update Feature
We spend much of our time following up with supporters who fail to update their payment information. Automatically updating card information would help retain supporters and keep monthly donations more consistent.

Checkbox for Reports
Create a checkbox for parameters of what is to be included in a report. For instance, if running a sponsorship report, add the option to select multiple criteria, such as partial sponsorships and fully sponsored.

Choose any combination of groups, affiliates, purposes, payment types, items, etc. when generating your reports.
Also added is the ability to schedule a weekly or monthly report and the ability to customize your Report Summary by choosing the columns to display.

Provide chat support/voice support not just email support so we could solve issues within minutes, not months
I hope Reach would provide an online support team who would cater/respond to user questions real time, not just through email. That way, easy technical questions would be resolved within minutes, not months.

Show only the states for my country when making donations
When someone is making an online donation they need to pick their state from a long list of states including all US states. We are in Australia. Is it possible for donors to select the country first (Australia) then list only the Australian states.

Filter by project on the sponsorship tab of the admin console
The current sponsorships page on the admin console allows us to filter sponsorships by sponsorship status, program status, location, type, and category. However, our most used parameter is PROJECT, and we are unable to filter sponsorships in this way. This addition of a project dropdown would be incredibly useful for us.

Auto Email Offline Supporters
Offline supporters, especially those that give quarterly, semi-annually and annually, can benefit from reminders about their payment commitment. However, there's currently nothing automated to accomplish this. If the REACH admin needs to initiate this action, then I'd like to see tasks that send you an email reminder when the action is due, not on the day you create the task. There would also need to be a way for tasks to be recurring rather than create a brand new one every quarter, six months or annually.
If REACH could initiate the reminder to offline supporters via the existing auto email…
