Make it an option to add multiple "note" fields on the donation forms
It would be helpful for supporters to be able to leave different kinds of notes on the donation form. For example, I would like for them to be able to leave a mailing address for honoree donations, but I would also like for them to be able to leave general notes that they want us to see.

Agreed, being able to use some sort of custom fields or something for donation pages would be amazing.
