todays date
I would like a TODAY button on the calendar for date fields. It's not a problem if the field is empty (defaults to today), but if there is an old date, have to select month and year to get to today. It would be much easier and quicker to select today as a button on the calendar.

Groups
I would like the ability for new sponsors to be automatically added to a group I have created. Currently, we have to manually add any new donors to that specific group.

Automatic emailing of past due notices
For offline payments, it would be great if REACH could automatically send an email to the sponsor when they hit the "past due" date.

Generate a report that includes both the sponsors (supporters) and sponsorships.
We often need to print a list that shows both the sponsor and child (in our case). We use these when matching up child info to mail out to sponsors and when we have mission teams on the ground who are trying to find certain sponsors' children. Often, special projects involve volunteers who don't have access to a PC or the software.

Batch donation Email Receipt
We would benefit from being able to email a receipt as part of the donation entry process on a batch the same way we are able through a single donation. We have some supporters who give to multiple categories with one transaction. The only way to email a receipt is to enter it with multiple single entries or go back and PDF a batch entries (time consuming). Thank you!!

Have templates that take data housed in REACH and all let it be exported--i.e., creating a child sponsorship handout for a physical event from the REACH info.

Allow Supporters To Schedule 1st Donation/Transaction for Sponsorship
Donors have the ability to schedule donations for dates in the future. Can this feature be available for sponsorships too? But only up to 30 days from the present.

Corporate Donation Matching
Having the option to mark a donation as a corporate matching donation (and optionally linking it to a corresponding donation that represents the supporter's actual donation).
Additionally, being able to generate the appropriate reporting as well.

Sponsorship money received on or offline
Search sponsorship to draw up a list of people who are sponsoring and the amount of money income. Like the donation one, but displaying the sponsor, sponsored person and the amount.

Create permissions Sponsorship Information Only — not including financials.
We have employees and volunteers who's job it is to care for sponsorships out in the field OR update sponsorship communication, but not be in the middle of the finances. Can you create a permission level that lets people see the sponsorship information, read notes, etc. but not see our entire financials (dashboard financials). An average employee and specifically an international employee that manages the program does not understand the financials and the USD. Bottom line, we need a way for our team leaders to see sponsorship activity, manage and update the orphans and not be in the money.
13 votesThis work has been completed. If an administrator has access to view sponsorships but not donation records they will not see the financial details of a sponsorship.

Payment Plans for Tickets and Products
Is it possible to have monthly payment plans for Tickets within Events

MailChimp Api
I sent a Campaign today using Mail Chimp and it worked well, but can we have more of the fields added to the Api as we need to Segment the Lists or create Groups.
The fields we need added are:
First Name
Last Name
Email

Export Envelopes for all Contribution Statements
I would like for there to be a generated envelope that exports with the PDF of all contribution statements. As of right now, it looks like I will have to go into each account one at a time to mail merge an envelope for each donor.

Save Email Templates (not automated ones)
When sending out emails to individual sponsors or donors it would be nice to be able to pull up saved email templates. (they don't have to be as pretty as the automated ones...but even just plain text)

Opportunity to add to recurring donation to support unsponsored children
Add a button to the billing page giving supporters the option to add to their monthly recurring donation to support unsponsored children or to whatever part of the ministry. Make it customizable for organization to change to whatever part of their ministry they want the extra to go toward. This would be a field similar to giving supporters the option to take on the credit card transaction fee.

Button to "Make Sponsor Up to Date on Payments"
Button to "Bring Sponsor Up To Date"
ie. A sponsor gets behind on payments, but starts giving regularly again without making up missing payments. I would like a button to make them "up to date" so that they stop showing up in my overdue list.1 voteThis feature was added on January 3, 2017.

Total Year To Date amount
Add Total Year To Date amount field. This would be in addition to the selected date amount and would allow donors to receive a receipt for recent giving as well as an update on their year-to-date giving.

Give supporters option to select the date to charge credit card
When supporters type in their credit card, give the the option to select when they want their account charged each month.
