Save Email Templates (not automated ones)
When sending out emails to individual sponsors or donors it would be nice to be able to pull up saved email templates. (they don't have to be as pretty as the automated ones...but even just plain text)

I would like to be able to create and same Email templates in the same way we can create and save Mail Merge templates. I email 99% of the time and snail mail only to those supporters who do not have email. Creating custom email templates would save me a TON of time!
