Add the total dollar amount sponsored to the sponsorship page.
On the individual sponsorship pages, it would be nice to see the total dollar amount they are sponsored at and not just the number of shares. For those organizations that have donors who give amounts that don't always equal a full share, it would be helpful to see both shares and dollar amount totaled on this page.
