Having strike throughs on task notes makes it super hard to read. I read these to give me an idea on what's been done with the donor. I know that if I open each note the strike through disappears but this takes time that could be saved if I could read the task without strike throughs. Reach explained this was done to show that the task was complete. Having the box checked as complete does tell me the task is completed. Having it unchecked means it's not completed. Strike throughs on text just make it hard to read.
