Extra Line for Payment Information
Always provide an extra line for the Payment Type. Currently
Online/nothing; Check/Check Number; Cash/nothing; Manual Card/nothing.
For a custom payment type allow definition of the custom type and the second line for additional payment information/detail.
Example: Payment Type/Other Payment Info
