a serialized year end canadian tax receipt.
Canada requires, if you are going to produce year end receipts only, which a lot of charities do, to have a serialized receipt that provides the totals given for the year and a receipt number that cannot be reused. It would also be nice to be able to set the starting point for the receipt number. i.e. 20180001 for receipts from 2018.
