  1. adding “local pickup” as an option to the store

    It is very tiresome to add another product with local pick up for items in the store. It also confused donors who have to be very careful with what they pick out. So this should be added as a delivery method.

  3. Email Notification When Supporter Updates Profile

    We store supporter information other places than just in Reach. But if a supporter updates their address or contact information in Reach, we don't have any way of knowing so we can update our other records.

    An email whenever someone updates their information seems pretty simple and would be super useful.

  4. Set up tracking scripts for Google Analytics 4 Property G-XXXXXXX number. Google will no longer be using UA as of 2023.

    Since Google will be sunsetting their UA in favor of the Google Analytics 4 Property in 2023 (one short year away!), REACH might want to consider establishing a script so that we can make the transition smoothly and not lose tracking data.

  5. Check boxes to donation forms (i.e. preferred contact options, to receive future communications)

    Would be great to have options to add checkboxes to donation forms for things like preferred contact options, to receive future communications, etc., that can be generated in a report.

  6. Add Automatic Card Information Update Feature

    We spend much of our time following up with supporters who fail to update their payment information. Automatically updating card information would help retain supporters and keep monthly donations more consistent.

  7. Customize supporter profile

    I would love to be able to edit our supporter profiles so that their information displays in a different order. For example, I would like to be able to adjust it so that their Basic Info displays first, then Tasks and Reminders, then Notes.

  8. Make it an option to add multiple "note" fields on the donation forms

    It would be helpful for supporters to be able to leave different kinds of notes on the donation form. For example, I would like for them to be able to leave a mailing address for honoree donations, but I would also like for them to be able to leave general notes that they want us to see.

  9. ability to text individual supporters through their profile

    It would be nice to have the ability to send an individual supporter a text message through their account page, much like you can via email. This would be helpful in sending them a message related to their account (such as a declined card, etc). As it is now, I'm only seeing email as an option, and texting feature is reserved for groups.

    REACH Admins can now choose to Text a Supporter from the Supporters Account. The Text button option is only available for Supporters with a Mobile Number on file.

  11. Provide chat support/voice support not just email support so we could solve issues within minutes, not months

    I hope Reach would provide an online support team who would cater/respond to user questions real time, not just through email. That way, easy technical questions would be resolved within minutes, not months.

    Text Messages can now be sent to All Supporters – or to a selected Group of Supporters regardless of Donation History.

    It would be great if Reach sent an email in advance (say a month) to supporters when their credit card expiration date is expiring.

    This feature exists in REACH. The service notifies donors who have a recurring donation 2 months in advance that their credit card is expiring soon.

  15. Check / Cash payment processing, products & all

    Payment for products by cash or check; an Admin user needs to be able to process them. Add this feature.

    An Admin user needs to be able to process all types of payments from all sources. Cash and checks are still quite common, and there is no reason this shouldn't be standard in admin processing of receivables.

    We have released Supporter Notifications which will allow you to create custom emails and drip campaigns that can be sent automatically to your supporters after certain events take place in REACH. One of these is Event Registration.



    We’ve provided our suggested text for each supporter notification that includes the liquid elements you’ll want to pull in for each one.

  17. Create an event management module.

    REACH should get into Event management software. Virtually all non-profits hold fundraisers for which guest check-in and silent auctions are usually critical components of managing guests. We have to go to external vendors for this capability, making integration of guest email capture very difficult. A module that handles this and integrates into REACH and our website would be great to have.

  18. Variants Priced Seperately

    Enable variants of a single product in the store to be priced separately. For example, a 16oz mug vs a 12 oz mug of the same design could be one item in the store but have different costs in the variant drop down.

  19. Extra Line for Payment Information

    Always provide an extra line for the Payment Type. Currently
    Online/nothing; Check/Check Number; Cash/nothing; Manual Card/nothing.
    For a custom payment type allow definition of the custom type and the second line for additional payment information/detail.

  20. Export Contribution Statements Group Filter Option

    It would be a good idea to have the function to choose a group when exporting the year-end Contribution Statements, would it also be possible to choose only those supporters with donation transactions in the chosen year.

    REACH now offers the ability to create and send Contribution Statements by Donation Payment Type, Groups, and Countries.

    When creating a Contribution Statement Export you can now chose to Include a Group – or Multiple Groups And/Or Exclude Groups.
    You can also include or exclude by Country.
