Limit the ability for minors to create a REACH portal account without parental consent
Our privacy policy states we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. The sign-up form should ask for date of birth and calculate age or ask if the user is over an account defined age before automatically creating an account. There should be a mechanism for an administrator to manually create or approve accounts for minors after receiving parental consent.
