On Activity Log it only records when someone sends an email that's a template, but not when you just write on. That's so problematic for tracking--please add this tracking so that any can see since if you don't blind copy yourself and/or put the exact pasted message, what record is there? And how can you track easily, as a CRM should? It'd be GREAT if you could also add to the emails a reply, reply all, & Forward feature like standard emails since our industry has to follow up a LOT & there's no convenient ways. Love the templates but would be a big improvement, thanks!
