Remove the donation categories from the admin side if they are hidden/disabled
The dropdown list on the admin side gets bogged down with donation categories that we no longer use and can cause errors when entering donations.

Unused donation categories can be disabled. Once disabled, they will display in the Disabled area under the Active area.

It would be great to not have to wade through old campaigns not in use any longer or that will never be used again just to find the current campaign choice.
