We would love an area that we could record sponsor letters are received and sent.
This would be a huge asset for us and I am sure others to be able to record and track letters when they are sent and received. For example or staff in Guatemala would mark when they have sent a child letter, then our staff in the US would mark when they have sent a sponsor letter. This would help us to make sure letters and communication are happening on a regular basis.

By setting up a custom table for the sponsorships in REACH you can track this information on the child’s record page in the Admin console.

So it will track all of the letters that are sent and received in this setup? Support had encouraged me to submit the idea.
