I would like to see REACH do...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Remove the donation categories from the admin side if they are hidden/disabled

    The dropdown list on the admin side gets bogged down with donation categories that we no longer use and can cause errors when entering donations.

    Unused donation categories can be disabled. Once disabled, they will display in the Disabled area under the Active area.

  2. Create an alert for people who have credit cards expiring soon

    I've enabled the Catch Up Alert which notifies donors that they're behind on monthly sponsorship donations and I've enabled the notification emails telling people that their credit card is expiring soon, but I think it would be helpful if there was also an alert that could be enabled when a donor logs into their account telling them that they have a credit card on file that is expiring soon. The notification emails are helpful, but I feel this could be a nice addition.
