Give access to sponsorships but limited to certain places only
We have country coordinators in the countries that we serve. We would like these coordinators to manage the profiles of the children in their location - updating ages, grade level, uploading reports, etc. So we want to give them access to sponsorships, but we don't want them to have access to other countries' sponsorships. Can permission be created to give access to sponsorships with specific place only?
15 votesREACH has added a new admin-based permission for Projects and Places.
Admins can now be restricted to only access the subset of sponsorships based on the Project or Place they are associated with. -
accept multiple email address per supporter
I really need the ability to use more than 1 email address per supporter to receive all emails -- conversations and billing related. Many of our sponsors want to receive emails at husband/wife and/or child email address.

Add a "Days Waiting" field on the child's picture
Set a date when adding a new child, such as the day they were accepted into the program. Then the front end would tick up each day showing "Has been waiting X Days"
1 voteThis field was added on 11/6/18, your account’s theme can be updated with the new field.

Bulk upload for sponsorship message/updates
Every after each school year, our children are required to send an annual progress report. We then upload this as a sponsorship message so the donor will be notified automatically and see the report in the child's profile. We have 3000+ children currently and it will be of great help if we can do this in bulk instead of opening each sponsorship and uploading individually.

Sponsor only view for specific fields and albums
I would love to be able to set certain fields so that only Sponsors can see them as well as the ability to have albums associated with a specific sponsor child that can only be viewed by their sponsors and not public to everyone.
7 votesREACH now includes Sponsors Only custom fields for Sponsorship Types. A supporter must be logged in to view Sponsor Only information on their sponsorship(s).
Sponsorships can also be manually set to “Hide”, keeping them from showing on the Public Portal, but available for view for a Sponsor who has signed in.

Different sponsorship amounts
We have 2 sponsorships per child through our program and wish that we could have the option of those 2 sponsorship types being 2 different amounts (i.e. $45 for one sponsorship type, $25 for another sponsorship type), rather than the only option being both sponsorships having to be the same amount.
13 votesThis is currently in beta testing and will roll out to all accounts in the October updates.

Be notified by email, including the content of a message, from a sponsor when this sponsor sends a message to us
Would it be possible to be notified by email, including the content of a message, from a sponsor when this sponsor sends a message to us? Our partners in Afghanistan would find this very helpful.
2 votesDue to the insecure nature of the contents of an email we will not be able to support this.

Add report on NEW SPONSORSHIP in the dashboard
I generate NEW SPONSORSHIP report on a regular basis. Having it in the dashboard makes it an easy reference.

Automatic emailing of past due notices
For offline payments, it would be great if REACH could automatically send an email to the sponsor when they hit the "past due" date.
3 votesUnder Account Rules in the Admin Console you now have the ability to assign a task to an Admin to contact a past due sponsor.

Batch donation Email Receipt
We would benefit from being able to email a receipt as part of the donation entry process on a batch the same way we are able through a single donation. We have some supporters who give to multiple categories with one transaction. The only way to email a receipt is to enter it with multiple single entries or go back and PDF a batch entries (time consuming). Thank you!!

printable templates
Have templates that take data housed in REACH and all let it be exported--i.e., creating a child sponsorship handout for a physical event from the REACH info.
2 votesThe REACH Mail Merge functionality gives you the ability to generate customizable PDFs which can be downloaded and then printed.

Allow Supporters To Schedule 1st Donation/Transaction for Sponsorship
Donors have the ability to schedule donations for dates in the future. Can this feature be available for sponsorships too? But only up to 30 days from the present.
1 voteREACH gives organizations this capability by checking the “Allow Supporters To Schedule Donations” box on the Donation Setup screen in the Admin Console.

Create permissions Sponsorship Information Only — not including financials.
We have employees and volunteers who's job it is to care for sponsorships out in the field OR update sponsorship communication, but not be in the middle of the finances. Can you create a permission level that lets people see the sponsorship information, read notes, etc. but not see our entire financials (dashboard financials). An average employee and specifically an international employee that manages the program does not understand the financials and the USD. Bottom line, we need a way for our team leaders to see sponsorship activity, manage and update the orphans and not be in the money.
13 votesThis work has been completed. If an administrator has access to view sponsorships but not donation records they will not see the financial details of a sponsorship.

Opportunity to add to recurring donation to support unsponsored children
Add a button to the billing page giving supporters the option to add to their monthly recurring donation to support unsponsored children or to whatever part of the ministry. Make it customizable for organization to change to whatever part of their ministry they want the extra to go toward. This would be a field similar to giving supporters the option to take on the credit card transaction fee.

Button to "Make Sponsor Up to Date on Payments"
Button to "Bring Sponsor Up To Date"
ie. A sponsor gets behind on payments, but starts giving regularly again without making up missing payments. I would like a button to make them "up to date" so that they stop showing up in my overdue list.1 voteThis feature was added on January 3, 2017.

In Conversations, having the ability to file messages into folders
In order to better manage and organize our messages in Conversations, it would be very helpful to have the ability to have folders that we can name and then file messages into accordingly.
9 votesYou are now able to file conversations into categories.

Add a feature that automatically updates the child's birthday.
A child's age is entered as a number when a sponsorship is created. It must be updated manually each year to be accurate. It would be nice if the age was updated automatically to eliminate the necessity of manual updates.

Cancelled Sponsorships
It would be great to be able to quickly see all the cancelled sponsorships with the donor's name and email for quick response to potential problems.

Managing the "Conversations"
It would be helpful if the "Conversations" could have a way to mark a message as unread after it has been read, and to be able to star or somehow highlight important messages. Folders to file old messages would also be very helpful to keep the inbox tidier. We have multiple people in different offices using the "Conversations", so having these features would help keep it organized and efficient.
