I would like to see REACH do...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Email notifications for Conversations

    It would be great to have a feature where the admins receive email notifications for Conversations from sponsors. This would help us respond to our sponsors in a more timely manner and ensure that messages don't get overlooked.

  2. Ability to Order Category Types in Category Type Section as well as in Sponsorship Types

    Category Types: We would like to be able to reorder types. We have also noticed the order of Category Types influences the Order inside of Sponsorship Types. I am able to list the Sponsorship types as I would like them to appear, but when this posts to the Sponsorship page it orders according to how they were originally posted in Category Types. This makes for a very messy and difficult Sponsorship input page when you have a lot of data.

  3. Allow sponsorships to be private

    Our organization would really love to see an option that allows us to make our sponsorships private. That way we can add pictures and descriptions to the child's profile without it being viewable by the public. It'd be awesome if the child's sponsor could log in to their account and only see the info that way, rather than us having to send the personal information in a message.

    Administrators can now create messages for a sponsorship and mark the message as private. Private messages can only be viewed by active sponsors when they log into their account and view the sponsorship’s profile screen. Messages can include text, images, and attachments to share with the sponsors. Also the sponsor receives a notification informing them that new information has been posted about their sponsorship.

  4. Multi Currency

    Provide the option to receive funds in multiple currencies without automatically transferring to one base currency.

  5. Customize Project list

    I'd like to re-order the project list so that sponsorship is listed first
