  1. Report Generator for Mailing Labels

    We Mail out a lot of Newsletters, Prayer Letters and so on, can we please have a feature where we can create Labels for Groups, and can we have a Report Generator for Supporters, for example all Supporters with No Email Address Print a Label.

  2. Month and Year End Reports

    It would be great to be able to generate Month and Year End Reports with the MTD and YTD totals of each donation category. Not just a spread sheet but a printable report.

  3. Break Online Donation into multiple categories after processing.

    Break a Donation into multiple categories after processing.

    Some donors leave a not asking it to be applied to multiple options, but there is no way to break down an online donation after it has gone through.

    This would help us a lot to be able to accurately report donations when a note asks it to be applied elsewhere.

  4. Donation Detail (BETA) - Add "Sponsorship Type"

    Can you add the Sponsorship Type as a column to this new report? Also, would it be possible to have the option to delete certain columns before generating the report?

  6. Sponsor Activity Report - Add Active or Ongoing and Past Due Option

    When I want to create a mail merge for all our current sponsors there is no option for Ongoing and Past Due (without canceled). We still send out child update to sponsors even if they are past due.

  7. Generate a report that includes both the sponsors (supporters) and sponsorships.

    We often need to print a list that shows both the sponsor and child (in our case). We use these when matching up child info to mail out to sponsors and when we have mission teams on the ground who are trying to find certain sponsors' children. Often, special projects involve volunteers who don't have access to a PC or the software.

  8. Sponsorship money received on or offline

    Search sponsorship to draw up a list of people who are sponsoring and the amount of money income. Like the donation one, but displaying the sponsor, sponsored person and the amount.

    The “Sponsor Activity Report” provides this search detail and displays the supporter information and the amount donated.

  9. REPORTS - Add columns for Groups to all Donors, Supporters and Sponsors Lists when generating reports.

    This would be helpful when sorting these reports.

  10. Create a Report for Pledges and Pledge Tracking

    I would propose to have a report that gives you a view on all pledges and where the "payoff" of that pledge is VS the original pledge amount. Also the ability to somehow print a mail merge to the people who made the pledge for communication. Currently we do this through letters and excel and it is becoming a tedious manual labor process. It would be great if Reach could generate this data into easy to use formats since it is already in the system.
