Customize the Weekly Summary
We would like to be able to customize the weekly report summary that is emailed out based on our needs. Being able to select what is being shown in this report to be relevant would be a greater help than what is shown now.

I cant find any report that will show even basic info about projects. We need this.

Email Tracking in REACH is now available for organizations on our REACH Pro and Pro Plus plan levels.

Add a Notes report
Need a way to export supporter Notes
3 votesA Notes List is now available as an export. Go to: Data Setup > Data Import/Export > Export tab > Notes list to generate one.

Develop a Lapsed Donor Report
A lapsed donor report reflects who donated in Year 1, but not in Year 2. This would help our NPO's management assess donor retention and outreach, measure how to improve stewardship measures, etc. Thank you!

Add Today or Yesterday selection in Quick Date Range
There is no option for daily reports, only quarterly and monthly in the Quick Range. It would save time for those of us who print multiple daily reports.

Sponsor Information
A report that has all the information you need to send your sponsor physical mail and know who they sponsor. So your report would include: Sponsor name (both active and past due sponsors), address, sponsored child/ren, and shares they have.

Lapsed donor report
Need a report on lapsed supporters, both sponsors and non-sponsors, i.e. "last year but not this year", "some year but not this year."

Run report to determine which supporters do not have email address listed.
We mostly email statements. Would be easier to determine who we need to mail hard copy to if we could run a simple report.
2 votesAn Excel Download is available for Supporters without an Email Address by accessing the Supporter Module.
By going to your Supporters and clicking the Clear Search button – you can use the “Export Supporter List” to request an Excel Download with the Email Filter dropdown set to “Include Supporters Without An Email Address.”
When the report is Generated, you will receive an email to download and review.
You can use the same Export Supporter List to create a Mail Merge for Groups of Supporters, or Supporters without Emails, etc. Other Custom Fields you created for your Supporters (Dropdown Fields) will also be available.

Transaction Summary Report
We would like an accounting transaction summary report that lists item totals for all REACH transactions in a single report.
This will help with balancing and understanding where we are in meeting our goals.
It should be able to report by date range as other reports do.
The Sponsorships section would be the REACH Sponsorship type totals.Below is an example of the categories and columns:
Transaction Summary between 6/1/2020 through 6/30/2020
Projects
Title / Permalink / Goal Amount / Donations / Raised
Establish a nuse station in Haiti / haiti-nurse-station / 30000 / 16 / 1457

Checkbox for Reports
Create a checkbox for parameters of what is to be included in a report. For instance, if running a sponsorship report, add the option to select multiple criteria, such as partial sponsorships and fully sponsored.

Choose any combination of groups, affiliates, purposes, payment types, items, etc. when generating your reports.
Also added is the ability to schedule a weekly or monthly report and the ability to customize your Report Summary by choosing the columns to display.

Honoree is now a column option that can be sorted in the Donation Details report.

Create SUPPORTER Reports
In Reports there is now way to create a custom supporter list...I can for sponsors, but not supporters. We would like to be able to generate a report with supporters contact details.
The primary reason would be to be able to export a montly list of all the supporters in the group "Mailed Newsletters" so we can create the newsletter mailing labels.

Reports for Project supporters
I would like Reach to produce a report where I can easily find supporters and their contact details for a particular Project
1 voteThe REACH Donation Details Report allows an admin to select Projects: All Projects, or select Projects – to report on donations. Once the Summary is created, by downloading the CSV or Excel file, all Supporter Information is included.
New early 2021 – REACH Reports now offer Multi Select Options and the ability to select Columns to Display.

Report for blocked emails
I would like to see a report or some way to see all supporters blocked emails by REACH

The report will list supporters whose emails have been blocked because of too many bounces.

Gift Aid report
It would be great to be able to run a gift aid report for UK supporters. Headings would include title / name / surname / address 1 / Post code / date of donation / amount of donation.

Contribution Statements - Include "Add Field" option
It would be really nice to merge a supporters name into the contribution statement emails. It is always better to personalize these things!!!

Create a report that can be filtered
A donation report that has a way to filter what info to include. Right now, we have to delete a lot of info from the report columns to fit on one page wide landscape orientation.
5 votesREACH reports now feature Multi Select Options as well as the ability to Select Columns to Display. Once a report has been created, the filtered options are available for download by using the “Export Filtered Results” buttons.

When running reports it would save time if you could change the search Parameters in the report without having to go back to the beginning.
When reviewing reports if you want to look at different parameters you currently have to go back to the beginning and re-enter all of the search parameters. It would save time if you could simply change them at top left of the report where they are currently shown.

Add a TOTAL somewhere on the "Top Donor" report when generated.
This will save time by eliminating the necessity of downloading to excel and running a total.
