    Request to display Active Sponsorships on the home page dashboard. Showing total Sponsorships is misleading since this includes any who have Left the Program.

    The Dashboard shows the total number of all Sponsorship records in REACH (Active, Left Program (Disabled) and Graduated). To pull just Active, you can click the Active tab or generate a Sponsorships Report.


  2. Ability for admins to filter Successful Donation notifications

    While admins can currently select a checkbox to receive notification of all donations, there is currently not a way to filter these down.

    This is important for larger nonprofits which receive many donations throughout the day.

    The UI could be similar to other options already available. See screen mockup here:

    It could have a small options link next to the Successful Donation checkbox for the additional optional settings. The options could be on a single page or in a tabbed layout.

  3. Merge Information

    When merging two files allow admin merging the two files to pick and choose which info should be used in the merged file - list next to each other and have merging person click each piece of info (sponsor name, address, phone, credit card, etc)

    The merge process will move all donations, sponsorships, campaigns, etc. We recommend removing any unwanted data prior to the merge, as applicable.


  4. Share donation on sponsor's FaceBook page

    Like the Twitter option at the bottom of the payment receipt, we would like to add something for Facebook that allows the donor to share on their FaceBook page. I recently learned that this can double the amount of donations received when a donor shares something on their Facebook page saying something such as "I invite you to join me in supporting..."

  5. Primary Address on Detail Page

    If possible, leaving the primary address on page 1 of the detail page helps. Adding a separate tab creates more work and allows for human error of forgetting. Thank you. Shawna Cothran

  7. Allow a Pledge to have multiple project tagging...

    As an organization at our annual fundraising event we take pledges. Many times people make one large pledge and then would like it spread to 2 or more projects we have presented at the fundraiser. I am proposing REACH to have the ability to take the pledge so I can attach to our Fundraiser and the break down the pledge as donations come in on the pledge.

    Separating a pledge at the time of data entry into the different pledges purposes provides for cleaner tracking through upcoming reports and on the supporter’s dashboard.

  8. Add Favicon Customization for Portal

    I think it would be great to have the ability to customize the favicon that is displayed for the REACH portal pages. We'd love to see this offered under Settings, at some point.
